Feb. 14 Island Lake Lions Club Ice Fishing Derby from 7 AM to 2 PM (Back-up date is Saturday, February 14.) Headquarters at Eastway Park — Adults $10 / Children 15 & under $5. Hourly prizes and 50/50 Raffles. Raffle & Prize Presentations will be at 3-D Bowl/Sideouts starting promptly at 3 PM.
Feb. 14 Lisle Lions Club Candlelight Bowl at Lisle Lanes, 4920 Lincoln Avenue (Rte. 53), Lisle. Registration begins at 6 PM / Bowling at 7 PM. $20 per person gets you three games of bowling, plus shoes, pizza & pop. There will be raffles, too. Come out for a fun evening!

Mar. 24 Culver’s in Huntley will be the site of a Sun City-Huntley Lions Club fundraiser from 4—8 PM today. Tell your friends to come over and have dinner that day and the club will get a portion of everyone’s food bill donated to the Lions Club. Apr. 08 Sun City-Huntley Lions Club’s Annual Flower Show at 7 PM at the Performing Arts Center in Huntley High School. Local florists will design arrangements to be given away as door prizes. Proceeds will go the the establishment of Scholarship Funds for Sight and/or Hearing-Impaired graduating high school senior from the Huntley area.

Jun. 26-30 98th LIONS CLUBS INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION at Honolulu, Hawaii — Registration Form is available on www.lionsclubs.org. Regular Registration (between Jan. 10 and Mar. 31, 2015) is $150 per adult / Late Registration after April 1, 2015 is to be done on-site at the Convention at a cost of $170 per adult.
