Mar. 24                   The Lions of Sun City-Huntley are celebrating the 15th Year of Service at Randall Oaks Golf Club, 4101 Binnie Rd., West Dundee. Gathering at 5:30 PM with buffet dinner at 6:30 PM. Cost is $27 per person with cash bar. PDG Lion Mario

Mar. 26                   Aurora Noon Lions Club’s Pancake Breakfast with the Easter Bunny takes place today – serving from 7:30 AM to 11 AM at Luigi’s Fun Center, 732 Prairie Avenue, Aurora. $1.00 off 14 Carrot Early Bunny Special - $1 off ticket price from 7:30 -8:30 AM. Mar. 26                   Bartlett Lions Club Easter Egg Hunt at the Bartlett Community Center — 11,000 eggs for the children to find!

Mar. 27                   Lisle Lions Club Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Lisle Jr. High School, Lisle.  Starts promptly at 1 PM. Don’t forget to bring a basket or a bag for your eggs!

Apr. 05                    Addison Lions Club Texas Hold ‘Em Casino Event at The Pyramid Club, 236 W. Lake St., Addison from 2 PM to Midnight. Single & Multi-Table Games. Excellent food and Waitress Staff.

Apr. 08–10             DISTRICT 1-J CONVENTION at a new venue this year — the Westin Hotel, 400 Park Blvd., (just off 290 at Thorndale Avenue) in Itasca. The theme this year is taken from the movie “Back to the Future.” Come on
Friday and make it a fun weekend!

Apr. 17                    Fox River Grove Lioness Club  is hosting its annual Bowling For College event at Kingpin Lanes in Fox River Grove. All the proceeds go towards college scholarships for Cary-Grove students. All the proceeds go towards college scholarships for Cary-Grove students. Time: 2:00 pm-5:00 pm Cost: $20 includes 2 games and shoe rental, 2 drinks - beer or wine and snacks.

Apr. 22                    Bloomingdale Lions’ Senior Fair at the Medinah Shrine Center.

Apr. 24                    To Celebrate You For All Your Hard Work As Lions, Join Lion Maria Andrews and the Warrenville Lions at TOPGOLF, 3211 Odyssey Court, Naperville from Noon to 3 PM (plan on arriving around 11:30 AM

Apr. 29                    Sandwich Lions Club Draw Down Raffle at Fox Valley Older Adults Center. Starts at 6:30 PM with dinner after 7 PM. Proceeds will provide funds for two scholarships to be presented to graduating seniors this spring.

May 06                   Glen Ellyn Lions Club’s Pasta Dinner at St. Petronille Church.

May 12                   Villa Park Lions Club Spring Pasta Dinner at Willowbrook High School — the school orchestra band will be playing.

May 14                   SOMEONE SPECIAL at Drury Lane, Oakbrook Terrace. The play this year is “Charlotte’s Web.” Ask OBT Lions how you can help!

May 20-22              IL STATE LIONS CONVENTION held at the Abe Lincoln Hotel, 701 E Adams Street, Springfield IL.  Come early or stay after the Convention and enjoy all Springfield has to offer!  Sign up online at:

Jun. 02                   Bartlett Lions’ Golf Outing at Bartlett Hills Golf Club. Check-in at 10 AM, Shotgun Start at 11 AM — $100 per person,
includes lunch and steak dinner, raffles, betting holes and a chance to play Pebble Beach.

Jun. 11-12             15th Annual Bolingbrook Lions Beep Baseball Bash for Blind and Visually-Impaired Athletes. Games begin at 8:30 AM, 11 AM and 2:30 PM on Saturday and 8 AM on Sunday, June 12 at Bolingbrook Recreation & Aquatic Center, Lindsey Ln. and Lily Cache Ln., Bolingbrook IL.
