Apr. 19        Aurora Noon Lions Club will hold its 6th Annual Pancakes with the Easter Bunny Breakfast fundraiser from 7:30 AM to 11 at Luigi’s Pizza and Fun Center, 732 Prairie St., Aurora. Free photos with the Easter Bunny (holiday photo frames available for a nominal fee.) A 14-carrot “Early Bunny Special,” $1.00 discount on tickets, from 7:30—8:30 AM. Tickets are $5 for adults/ $3 for children 3-12 / $20 for a family. Proceeds will benefit Lions’ vision & hearing conservation charities.

Apr. 19        The Bartlett Lions’ Easter Egg Hunt. The event will be held in the field just north of the Bartlett Community Center.  Time???  Check with a Bartlett Lion. . . .

Apr. 20        Lisle Lions Club is hosting its Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Lisle Jr. High School, 5211 Center Avenue, Lisle.  Starts at 1 PM SHARP!! Free for ages 1-12.

Apr. 24        Villa Park Lions Club’s 12th Annual Pasta Dinner at Willowbrook High School Cafeteria. Tickets are $7 for adults, $6 for seniors, $5 for children 5-12, and children under 5 are free. The High School will be putting on the play “God of Carnage,” a comedy of manners by Yasmina Reza that night, too. Make it a “date night.”

Apr. 25        Bloomingdale Lions’ Senior Fair at the Medinah Shriners in Addison.

Apr. 25        Lions Club of Sun City-Huntley is hosting its Annual Pasta Dinner from 5-7 PM at the Huntley High School Harmony Rd. Campus (enter Door 19 at rear of school). Cost is $8 for Adults and $5 for Children up to age 10.

Apr. 25        South Elgin Lions Club’s Smelt Fry at the South Elgin Clubhouse, 500 Fulton St., South Elgin. Serving from 5—8 PM.  All-You-Can-Eat — $10.00 / Hot Dog & Fries — $2.00

Apr. 26        LIONESS FORUM from 10:30 AM at the Pinecrest Golf Club, 11220 Algonquin Rd., Huntley. Cost for the event is $10.00 which will include lunch. Each Lioness Club is asked to bring three of the best fundraiser ideas to share. Apr. 26        The Batavia Lions Club’s 37th Annual Pancake Breakfast — All You Can Eat pancakes, sausage, eggs, juice, and coffee, at the East Side Center, Wilson and Van Buren Streets. $6 for adults, $2.50 for children under 12. Serving 7:30 – 11 AM.

Apr. 26        Glendale Heights Barangay Lions and Bloomingdale Lions are holding a fundraising Casino Trip to Horse Shoe Casino in Indiana. Bus leaves at 8:30 AM from parking lot across from Glendale Lakes Clubhouse, returning at 4 PM. Tab for the trip is $20, free coffee & donut during trip.

Apr. 26        Bartlett Lions Club’s Earth day Booth at the James “Pate” Philip State Park. Environmental education for children, as well as collections used hearing aids and eyeglasses for recycling.

May 02        Bloomingdale Lions Club’s Steak Fry at the Bloomingdale Golf Club.

May 02        Sandwich Lions Club’s Draw Down Raffle will be held at the Fox Valley Older Adults Center, starting at 6:30 PM, with dinner after 7 PM. Proceeds will go toward two scholarships for graduating Sandwich seniors.

May 03        26th Annual Pasta Dinner, hosted by the Oakbrook Terrace Lions Club, at the Salvation Army Hall, 1S415 Summit, Oakbrook Terrace. Serving from 4:30 to 7 PM.
