Aug. 21-23 Elburn Days at Elburn Lions Park — look for lots of busy Elburn Lions and Elburn Leos on the grounds during those days. Come out and enjoy a hometown activity!
Aug. 22-23 Festival of the Arts, hosted by the Glen Ellyn Lions Club, at Maryknoll Park, 845 Pershing Avenue (south of Roosevelt Rd/Route 53). There will be more than 80 juried artists using a variety of media. Several groups will be providing live music on the grounds; four food booths available. Hours are from 10 AM to 5 PM.

Nov. 26 Naperville Noon Lions Club’s 18th Annual 5K Turkey Trot starts at 8 AM at Naperville Central High School, 440 Aurora Avenue, Naperville. Adult registration fee is $35 until October 31st and $40 thereafter. Fee for children ages 10-14 is $30 and $25 for children age 9 & under. Online registration only at www.napervilleturkeytrot.com.
