In May 2002, I
joined the Sun
City Huntley
Lions Club. I
took the
position of Club
Secretary in
June of 2003 and
continued in
that position
until 2008 when
I became
President for
two terms.
In June of 2006
I was awarded a
Melvin Jones
Fellow and in
April 2007 I
received a
Golden Lion from
the District. I
have attended
each District
Convention since
2003, many state
conventions and
international
conventions in
Boston and
Chicago as well
as a US/Canada
Forum.
I’m a widow who
had six children
and seven
grandchildren
and a great
grandchild on
the way.
